Job Description

Urgently Hiring FMCG experienced ASM for Tamilnadu, Karnataka and Kerala.

JD:

Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area. Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance. 

Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.

Responsible for developing sales programs that maximize sales from the assigned accounts to the target accounts, overseeing and conducting market research to develop and implement sales initiatives, developing and implementing sales strategies and product knowledge.

Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.

Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.

Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.

Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.

Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.

Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.

Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.

Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree 

Proven 10+  years of sales experience; sector-specific FMCG sales experience is preferred.

Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.

Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.

Effective communication skills.

Exceptional customer service skills.

We are into Non Food Category division :- Home care cleaning products / personal care / oral care products; 

Products are: Toilet cleaner, Floor cleaner, Glass cleaner, Liquid Hand Soap, Dish wash gel, Dish wash bar, Round Dishwash bar, Tooth paste, Tooth brush, Hair Shampoos, Hair Conditioners, Aloe vera Gel and Body Lotion.

The company was already established and done set up in the market at other zones in India - North, East, West and Central. 

Now they want to expand their business to South India - Newly launching in GT market.

Upcoming products are launching in Food division by 2024.
