We're seeking skilled and experienced Machine Operators to join our team at Eland Platinum Mine. As a Machine Operator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our mining equipment.

Responsibilities:

- Operate heavy machinery, such as drill rigs, loaders, and haul trucks, in a safe and efficient manner

- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance

- Follow safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries

- Collaborate with other team members to achieve production targets and meet deadlines

- Monitor and report any equipment issues or malfunctions to supervisors

- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

- Valid operator's license for relevant machinery

- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a mining or similar environment

- Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
