Graphic Designer

Job Description

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to support our growing brand across digital, campaign, and physical touchpoints. This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll design beautiful, on-brand creative for email, social, campaigns, events, and e-commerce.

You’ll work closely with our Brand, Creative, CRM, and Growth teams to bring ideas to life, ensuring every asset feels considered, consistent, and aligned with the brand.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing on-brand creative across email, social media, campaigns, and brand moments
• Supporting email design with mobile-optimised layouts, assets, and templates
• Creating engaging social content (organic and paid support), including static and light motion
• Designing event collateral such as signage, posters, invites, menus, and on-site assets
• Supporting campaign rollouts across digital and physical touchpoints
• Producing affiliate banners and assets in multiple sizes and formats
• Designing Amazon content, including PDP imagery, infographics, and brand visuals
• Adapting and resizing creative across channels while maintaining quality and consistency
• Collaborating closely with Brand, Creative, CRM, and Growth teams to deliver against briefs
• Ensuring all output aligns with brand guidelines while contributing thoughtful design ideas
• Managing multiple projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years’ experience in a graphic design role (brand-side or agency)
• A portfolio showcasing strong visual design across digital touchpoints
• Solid skills in typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing for digital-first, mobile-friendly formats
• Confidence working in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Basic motion skills are a plus (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar)
• A strong eye for detail and pride in producing polished, high-quality work
• Ability to take feedback well and adapt designs efficiently
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple briefs
