H and S Officer

Job Description

• Must be registered with SACPMCP
• Computer  Literate – strong Word and Excell Skills
• Good Communication &  Team working Skills
• Strong knowledge of construction H&S laws
• Comply with CR 8(5) (6)
• Must be very hands on, progress oriented, problem solver, experience with writing reports and reporting to different forums

• Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum National Diploma in Safety Management and must have SAMTRAC
• Must be registered with SACPMCP and fees must be up to date.
• Must have valid  HIRA, Legal Liability , Risk Assessor, Fall Protection Planner, Working at Heights
• At least 3 years’ experience as  construction H&S officer on a construction site with a strong record if managing ALL aspects of SHE management onsite.
• Valid driver’s licence
• Own vehicle
• Own smart phone
• Medically fit
