Marketing Executive

Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced sales and marketing executive to help drive company sales. The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILTIES

1. Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes
2. Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy
3. Develop content of marketing campaigns
4. Stay up-to-date on current marketing trend
5. Manage and allocate budget correctly
6. ( B2B ) Offline Sales & targeting the hotels, hostels or Retail Outlets.
7. ( B2C )  Creative Market Campaigns , Gated Community , Show case , Customer Interaction
8. Good convincing and presentation skills.
9. Reviewing sales performance against sales targets
10. Proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive.
11. Ability to work well under pressure.
12. Excellent interpersonal skills.

QUALIFICATION

1. MBA in Marketing, Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
2. 0- 2 years of relevant experience
3. Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
4. Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
5. Excellent time management and written and oral communication skills
