Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power Platform Expert/Developer to design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing business applications, automating workflows, and creating insightful reports.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage and optimize the Power Platform Environment.
• Provide coaching and guidance to empower users in creating their solutions.
• Develop, test, and implement robust solutions within the Power Platform.
• Collaborate with various teams to understand needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Promote and advocate for the adoption of low-code, no-code solutions across the organization.
• Actively contribute to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate adaptability to a global project environment and different methodologies.
• Produce high-quality documents, including process documentation, PDD, and executive summaries.
• Engage effectively with stakeholders, presenting complex technical ideas clearly.
• Utilize strong data analysis skills for evaluating information and recommending proposals.
• Apply project management knowledge beyond Power Platform development.
• Showcase knowledge or experience in business intelligence and architecture.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using Business Process Model and Notation modelling tools.
• Exhibit excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Showcase the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and understand business workflows.
• Display skills in influencing team members and managing differences in ideas or solutions.
• Highlight experience in effectively working in virtual teams, handling multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting tight deadlines.

• Expertise in Power Platform: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Power Platform components, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), and Power Virtual Agents.
• Power Apps Development: Proficiency in building custom applications using Power Apps, understanding canvas apps, model-driven apps, and incorporating connectors for various data sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL server, Blob storage etc.
• Power Automate (Flow) Mastery: Strong skills in creating automated workflows using Power Automate, integrating applications, and automating business processes.
• Power BI Skills: Ability to design and develop complex Power BI reports and dashboards, including data modelling, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), and data visualization best practices.
• Power Virtual Agents: Knowledge of creating intelligent chatbots using Power Virtual Agents to enhance user interactions and automate conversations.
• Data Integration: Experience in integrating and transforming data across different systems and platforms using Power Platform connectors and custom connectors.
• Microsoft 365 Integration: Understanding of integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 applications and services for seamless collaboration and productivity.
• Community Engagement: Active participation in the Power Platform community, including forums, blogs, webinars, and events. Sharing insights, solutions, and engaging with other community members.
• Public Speaking and Training: Ability to present and communicate effectively. Conducting workshops, webinars, or training sessions to share knowledge and educate others on Power Platform.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges and provide innovative solutions using the Power Platform.
• Continuous Learning: Demonstrated commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements in Power Platform technologies, attending conferences, and obtaining relevant certifications.
• Contributions to Documentation: Contributions to Microsoft documentation, blogs, or other educational resources related to Power Platform.
• Microsoft Certifications: Holding relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker, or others.
