Job Description
Responsibilities:
Experience in the IT consulting / staffing and Recruitment Industry is preferred - Proactive, just-in-time recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
Identify candidates as per the job requirements by studying job description and qualifications.
Search resume from different sources like job portals, groups, references, networking sites etc. as required.
Submit right candidates (US Citizens, Green Cards and H1Bs) for the requirements as per Client need.
Maintain and communicate candidate follow-up and status update on a regular basis.
Required:
Minimum 1-8 Years of experience into US Recruitment as Sr. Recruiter/Lead Recruiter/ Account Manager.
Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for high-end or niche requirements from the client.
Good working experience on Contract & Full Time in C2C and W2 positions.
Hands-on experience on Job portals (CB, Dice & Monster US) and Search Engines.
Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client and guiding the team to work. - Analyzing, Screening, & Submitting consultant profiles as per client requirements.
Conduct initial screenings, reference checks, negotiate pay rate, relocation, coordinate client interviews and work with the Account Managers to close the position.
Responsible for maintaining and communicating candidate follow-up and status update on a regular basis.
Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high-volume basis.
Traditional and Out of Box Recruiting Strategies to close positions as per Client needs
Excellent English communication, both written and spoken skills.
