Instructor Bio:

With over 15 years of diverse experience, my career journey seamlessly integrates corporate expertise with academic involvement. I began as an HR and IT recruitment executive, specializing in talent acquisition for leading IT companies, and progressed to senior roles such as Senior HR Consultant and Talent Acquisition Specialist with organizations like Triumph Systems & Solutions, Alike Thoughts Infosystems, Growel Softech Ltd., and PwC projects. Alongside recruitment, I expanded my skill set by becoming a certified corporate trainer, POSH trainer, and soft skills expert, delivering interactive workshops and leadership programs focused on experiential learning. My passion lies in connecting the right talent with the right opportunities and enhancing training practices to create a meaningful impact on organizational effectiveness. In addition to my corporate roles, I transitioned into academia as an Assistant Professor, where I mentor students and prepare them for the campus-to-corporate transition through HR management subjects and practical training. I have contributed to institutions such as JSPM’s Jayawant Institute of Management Studies, Indus Business School, and TSR & TBK College of Business Administration by designing engaging lesson plans and experiential learning sessions. Beyond my professional life, I am a proud mother of two, enjoy creative pursuits like writing and arts, and actively participate in community volunteering. This blend of corporate experience, training expertise, and academic dedication enables me to empower individuals and organizations to achieve their full potential.
