Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW : API Factory Technical Designer
Identifying, analysing, designing and developing APIs and integration flows using Mule ESB Anypoint platform and Anypoint Studio
Experience in design and developing framework components within Mule ESB
Creation and reviewing of logical designs and low level designs working with other technical leads and solution architects within the API squads
Software development using various programming languages and related tools and frameworks
Code reviews, defect triage and fixing, unit testing, providing support for integration testing and non-functional testing
Ability to take the lead on large pieces of design and development
Mentor and coach junior engineers within the squad
Explaining technical issues to project managers, developers, team leads and architects in an easy to understand manner and recommend clearly thought out solutions
Develop solutions in adherence with the banks standards and policies
Highlight where assets or capabilities could be created / adopted
Experience in Agile, waterfall and prevalent development methodologies.
Very good experience in developing applications using Java, J2EE, SWING, Multithreading, JMS, JDBC, EJB3.0/2.0,Servlets,JSP, JSF, XML, XSLT, RAML, YAML, JSON, JWT other J2EE technologies.
Experience developing applications based on Struts (MVC), JSF/ICE faces, Liferay, Spring and Hibernate
Implementation knowledge in design patterns.
Experience in solution design and developing applications using SOA, Micro services, API, SOA.
Experience with Virtual Web services, Micro services and API’s (SOAP and REST) design and development
Experience in Oracle8i/9i/10g/11g, PL/SQL.
Hands on experience in developing applications in both UNIX/Linux and Windows environments
