Job Description

Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Develop and maintain strong relationships with API manufacturers to ensure a reliable and consistent supply. Manage the orders of APIs, considering lead times, production schedules and quality & regulatory requirements.

●  ERP Management: Manage ERP tools like SAP for procurement, order management, and supply chain processes, while actively maintaining and updating the ERP system to optimise pharmaceutical supply chain operations.

●  Import/Export: Manage customs clearance processes for both imports and exports preparing and submitting the necessary declarations ensuring compliance with customs regulations. Have a deep understanding of the tariffs and duties to facilitate accurate customs declarations.

●  Shipping Coordination: Oversee the logistics and transportation of APIs and other materials coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to arrange transportation and ensure timely delivery.

●  Complaint management: Responsibly handle and address customer complaints regarding product quality, delivery issues, or other concerns, ensuring timely resolution and proactive measures to prevent recurrence.

●  Internal communications: Collaborate with internal departments such as the commercial department, quality control ,regulatory affairs and legal / finance teams, to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with overall business objectives.

●  Legal compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to pharmaceutical manufacturing, import/export, and business operations.
