Job Description
Key Result Areas and Responsibilities –
- Accounting – E-way Bill Generation, Invoice Generation, Purchase Invoice Follow-up, Due Amount Follow-up to companies, Purchase Bill Payments, GST Tracking of the Purchase Parties for ITC, GSTR Return Filing, should able to do accounting in Tally. Maintaining P &L, Balance Sheet, Account Finalization. Also maintaining database in Excel sheet also.
- Sending Quotations to companies.
- Truck Material Follow-up, Resolving Supplier Issues of Unloading, Taking Pohoch/Receipt from Drivers.
