I want a vehicle servicing app

A customer wants his vehicle (Car & Bike) to be serviced. He will just book thru that app he will also have option which service point or dealer will give service.

Customer has to select 2 hour slot so that our team can pick his vehicle on that same time.

Customer has to select which engine oil he wants to use in his vehicle.

After submitting a msg will be sent to service dealer and call center.

At the service dealer end he can accept and reject the service request with reason

While putting oil in engine service dealer has to upload the video in the app. So that user can see the same.

Payment option will be there.

Feedback and rating of service dealer will be there

While booking there will be an option where customer can describe what he wants like break tight , loose gear or indicator not working etc.

Service dealer will reply by when he can provide the vehicle after servicing with date and time

Customer has to add his address and location if he can.

If service sealer will find any problem in vehicle he will shoot video and will upload the same in app and will inform the customer about extra charge to sort out the same.
