Job Description

Job Responsibilities: (Expecting FMCG experienced candidates other pls excuses)

· Setting Monthly & weekly Goals/ KRAs to Sales Executives

· Visiting Key Accounts regularly to maintain the business relationships and achieve major sales targets.

· Thorough knowledge of the Territory and expanding the territory by creating new routes

· Recruiting new sales executives and training them with SOP and Product knowledge

· Generating revenue by individually handling Wholesale, Megastores and distributors

· On the launch of a product or new schemes ensure the scheme updates and product training are given to sales executives immediately.

· Identifying the activities of existing & new competitors with continuous market intelligence and recommending the counter strategizes to management.

· Reviewing the weekly KRAs of sales executive and motivating them to achieve their targets.

· Organizing local campaigns and promotions in the territory with proper budgeting and return of investment (ROI)

· Responsible for collection of dues in the territory within the dues dates through SEs and ensuring the non-existence of overdue.

· Handling the quality complaints and informing the management for corrective actions

· Analyzing the return patterns and avoiding the recurrence

· Preparing and sending the MIS to Management

o Daily Route wise Sales & collection report

o Weekly KRA and Actuals, individual innovative Sales report, Returns/complaints analysis report.

o Monthly Market Demand forecast & SKU wise sales plan, Sales plan vs Achievement, Shopwise Share of Shelf report, Sales Campaign results / Return of investment report.
