Assistant Sales officer

Grade: Assistant Officer

Reports To: Branch Head/Area Sales Manager

Job Purpose: To acquire CASA, Salary accounts and cross sell multiple banking products. 

Preferred Qualification and Experience: 

• Graduate/post-graduate  
• 0-1 years of experience OR Fresher
• Willingness to do field sales
• Good communication skills
• Banking / Financial knowledge would be preferred
• Must have 2 Wheeler for local conveyance

Details of total compensation which we offer are as below:

1. Fixed Salary : Freshers  CTC INR 2.7 lacs per annum
2. iFlex (Employee Wellness Program) for INR 20,000/- per year in line with DBS iFlex guidelines
3. Mobile expense reimbursements – up to INR 299 /- per month
4. Business Conveyance Reimbursements – up to INR 1000 to 2000 / -  per month basis the city classification
5. Attractive Performance Based Incentives: Potential to earn INR 1 lac per quarter
6. Gratuity in line with Payment of Gratuity Act
7. Group Hospitalisation Insurance for self and your Spouse and dependent Children (up to 5 children) with family floater of 3 lacs
