Job brief

Calsoft is looking for talented Cloud Sales Professionals who can play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Join us in our efforts to simplify lives with technology.

Location: Bangalore

Work Hours: 4 PM to 1 AM IST

Responsibilities

  • As the introductory face of Calsoft, we’ll rely on you to provide the energy and personality to build our brand and gain the trust of prospective customers. You’ll be responsible for:
  • Build and develop executive relationships with customers, and work to grow new relationships. Influence long-term strategic direction and serve as a business partner.
  • Negotiate and manage entire cycles, and present to C-level executives in corporate and global customers.
  • Lead account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with Principals to maximize business results in the territory.
  • Understand customers' technology footprint, strategic growth plans, business drivers, and technology strategy.
  • Drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
  • Meet & exceed sales targets & KPIs.
  • Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations
  • Provide support & recommendations for clients.

Requirements

  • 4+ yrs of experience in Cloud sales
  • At least 2+ yrs of experience in AWS Cloud sales
  • AWS – experience selling AWS-based (or IaaS) solutions, preferably large deals. Relationship with AWS alliance executives.
  • Excellent Communication Skills (in Speaking & Writing).
  • You should be highly energetic, motivated, and self-managed.
  • Good Understanding or Hands-on experience in selling IaaS, PaaS, IaaS, Kubernetes, Containers & Microservices services
  • Must have knowledge of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) market & cloud technologies
