Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Function as the Point of Contact to clients during pre-sales activities phase. Participate in subcontractor pre-qualification process and respond to RFPs, tenders and bid requests. Conduct meetings with clients for scope discussion, queries resolution and sales closing
2. Responsible for building and maintaining strong & long-term business relationships with decision-makers of existing and potential client organizations
3. Collaborate with BU Managers for capturing & fulfilling the business needs of potential clients efficiently & quickly
4. Be a champion in closing deals with a better price, and securing favorable terms of sale
5. Act as a bridge between the client and internal engineering teams during post-sales phase to ensure smooth project execution and delivery
6. Oversee and manage the everyday activities of Business Development Associates. Train and help them to develop their skills.
7. Guide, motivate and supervise team members to target potential client organizations and individuals to find and convert new opportunities successfully and efficiently
8. Conduct extensive market research to identify new opportunities and clients. Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
9. Audit commercial proposals, engagement terms and agreements prepared by BDAs before client submission
10. Review the purchase orders, sales contracts and other agreements from clients to ensure favorable terms and conditions of sale
11. Establish and nurture social media connections with key players and decision makers of existing and prospective business accounts. Market and capture their interest in the services offered by the company
12. Utilize comprehensive industry knowledge and experience to develop sales strategies
13. Stay up to date with the latest technological advancements & innovations in the AEC industry 14. Monitor competitor services and activities to identify areas of improvement Desired
