JOB DESCRIPTION

·       Position: Asst. Manager Maintenance – Electrical & electronics.

·       Location: Mysuru- Work From Office

·       CTC Range - 6 Lakhs Per annum.

·       Notice Period – Immediate.

Job Summary:

1.   Responsible for coordination, implementation & scheduling of planned, preventive, and predictive

2.   machine maintenance. (PM /BD). Ensure maintenance activities are carried in line with QMS, EHS and standard requirements.

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Monitor daily Preventive / Breakdown maintenance activities.

2. Hands on working experience in trouble shooting at shop floor for any maintenance &

development activities.

3. Coordination with vendors / service agencies to ensure AMCs are done as per requirement.

4. Coordinating with Production team on productivity improvement & development initiatives.

5. Coordinate with purchase / stores team for procurement and development of spares.

6. Keep a track of KPI’s through continuous monitoring (BTBF, MTTR & Availability),

7. Ensure team is following all safety practices complying to the requirements.

8. Involve, lead & execute initiatives like 5S, QC Kaizen & developmental activities.

9. Plan & execute shutdown works on shifts / Holidays / Sundays.

10. Coordinate with Integrated management system (ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001)

11. Organise, initiate & drive resource conserving projects (water & energy).

12. Co-ordinate and collaborate with cross functional team for problem solving.

13. Training & awareness- Educate associates on skill development.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor’s degree / diploma in Electrical & electronics engineering

2. Minimum 6-8 years in maintenance & development field.

3. Proficiency in Control systems & PLC programming.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience of using SAP.
