Job Description
Position: Asst. Training Officer
Location: Chinchwad (Pune)
Qualification: B.E ( Electronics/Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Automobile)
Experience: 2- 5 Years of Teaching / Industry Experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conversant in MS Office. Good Teaching Ability. Good Communication Skills. Industry Exposure would be an added advantage
- Teach and train trainees in theory and Practical classes as per the syllabus for Manufacturing Technology.
- Impart education in Modern shop floor practices like 5S, Kaizens, 7QC tools and TPM and enhance trainees learning.
- Conduct of tests and exams leading to certification making them employable by providing placement assistance after certification.
- Co-ordinate induction program after rope in of trainees, deploy trainees to Industry, visit trainees at industry after deployment.
