Role: Automation Test Lead

LOC: Germany

Type: Contract (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Understand product, Automation roadmap and drive excellence with the automation team •Adhere and manage schedules of Automation to be in synchwith product releasetimelines • Contribute to the Automation Test strategyfor the overall program

• Drive automation solutions for API, Functional, Usability, Mobility, Cross platform, Accessibilityetc • Manage the existingAutomation Suites, Test Data , Infrastructure & ongoing stability.

• Identify improvement areas & solutioning around it ; focusing BDD/ TDD, Service Virtualization, Test Data Services, Coverage, Execution strategy.

• Drive Continuous Automation & Testing to achieve CI/CD with a focus on weeklyreleases. • Drive Automation Traceability, Reporting & Metrics

• Work closely with Test Manager,CG SPOC, ProjectManager, Delivery Managers • Take full responsibility and ownershipfor Automation Solutioning and delivery

• Work closely with the test team in translating the test strategy, plan and test design into automation test cases

Required Skills/Experience:

• At least 8-10  years of relevant Automation experience
• Hands-on Automation experience with provenabilities toTest design, construct,customize and maintain hybrid Test automation frameworks
• Expertise & in-depth knowledgeof opensource/commercial tools across API, Functional, Mobility, Usabilityetc
• API ( RestAssured, PostMan, TOSCA)
• Functional (TOSCA,Selenium 2.0/3.0, UFT, Functionize ) 
• Mobile test automation (SeeTest, Appium,Robotium,Espresso, Swift )
• Hands on experience is Service Virtualization,Test DataServices & management 
• Hands on working experience on BDD, TDD, GIT , Devops, CI/CD pipelines
• Hands on experience working on Cloud platformslike Saucelabs, Xamerin etc
• Expert knowledge of AutomationEffort Estimation, Scope definition
• Worked on Database Testing using SQLand C#, Java and JDBC etc
• Good Understanding of platformslike SAP, Hybris,AEM, Salesforce, Windchill,Mobilityetc
• Working knowledgeof Micro-services,AWS, Cloud stack andshould have worked onLinux,Windows etc
• Comprehensive understandingof the platform capabilities (Ex: SFDC, SAP,Windchill, Hybris etc)
• Good hands-onexposure tothe domain and respective business use cases (Ex: Sales or Service Domain use cases)
