Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic B2B Sales Manager to lead the entire sales cycle for our product portfolio in international markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B product sales, with expertise in lead generation, building client relationships, and managing end-to-end sales closures. – International B2B product sales experience is mandatory, as the role involves expanding our global footprint and delivering consistent revenue growth. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. End-to-End Sales Management: 

 

  • Lead the complete sales process from prospecting and lead generation to final deal closure.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies to address the needs of clients across different international markets.
  • Drive consultative selling by understanding client pain points and aligning product solutions to meet their needs.

 

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting: 

 

  • Identify and target high-potential clients through various channels, including networking, online research, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads and prioritizing opportunities.
  • Partner with the marketing team to align lead generation campaigns with sales goals.

 

  1. Client Relationship Management:

 

  • Build strong and lasting relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to their requirements.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction by addressing inquiries, providing support, and resolving issues promptly.

 

  1. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: 

 

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, revenue projections, and performance reports for senior management.
  • Monitor KPIs and sales metrics to ensure that targets are met or exceeded.
  • Provide insights on market performance and recommend actionable strategies to improve outcomes.

 

  1. Negotiation and Closing: 

 

  • Lead contract negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Drive closure of high-value deals by addressing objections and demonstrating the value proposition effectively.

 

Experience: 

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B product sales, with at least 2 years in international markets.
  • Proven success in managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Strong understanding of international business environments, cultural nuances, and negotiation practices.

 

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics software.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
