Job Description

  • Talent to communicate with senior executive and C-level decision makers
  • Provide software product demos tailored to customer needs and answer the questions during pre-sales meetings
  • Email marketing and LinkedIn personalized messaging
  • Manage the prospecting in CRM tools, including email campaigns
  • Respond promptly to prospect/client questions, consult with customer services and delivery team and coordinate providing detailed explanations of product features and capabilities
  • Develop a proposal document with pricing to send to prospects
  • Follow-up with prospects and facilitate the closure process
  • Exposure to handle global customers and International Business development
  • Ability to understand the services and solutions offered by Suitefy, and be able to articulate their functions
  • Generate leads for staff augmentation/placement to develop business from different sources like social media and LinkedIn 
  • Create the foundation for long-term customer relationships
  • Clearly communicate the wide range of staff augmentation services provided
  • Manage deal cycle and deliverables including SOW and MSAs in line with compliance requirements
  • Build strong relationships within our partner’s sales organization, providing value in their sales cycle

    Must have experience in IT Industry or Recruitment/Staffing Industry 
  • Previous experience in selling any ERP or NetSuite services is preferred 
  • Previous experience in selling staff augmentation services is strongly preferred
  • Understanding of concepts related to technical integrations 
  • Handle objections by understanding prospect needs and pain points
  • Ask discovery questions to gather prospect information for sales 
  • Understanding of sales process & lifecycle
  • Proven ability to showcase the services through demos to business owners
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to practice good CRM hygiene by keeping up to date records of customer interactions, deal stages, etc.
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, enthusiastic, and passionate with willingness to exceed targets
