Responsibilities
• Should be good in analyzing customer’s need of insurance and assisting him buying the best plan (On Call)
• High Level of Target Orientation of accomplishing weekly / Monthly target independently
• Should be open to work six days in a week and weekly off would be on roster basis
• Should be prepared and Insightful
• Ensuring No miss-selling / Unethical practices in the processes
• Good understanding and adherence of Quality metrics and processes
Requirements
• At least 6 Month experience in Insurance sales / Health Insurance Mandatory
• Should be proficient & spontaneous in Hindi / English
• Only Graduates
• Should be passionate for growth and Incentive
• Should not be more than 30 years of age
• Should be vaccinated ( Covid )
• Should be open to work from office

Work with outside headhunters and staffing agencies to identify new talent in outside sales Review and analyze resumes using our in-house ATS software program Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally Interview potential sales staff members using industry-standard techniques Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job
