Job Description for Business Development Manager :
- Responsible for Lead generation, Direct sales, and Growth of existing accounts.
- Develop new business accounts and meet sales targets through effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
- To stay informed and up-to-date on industry news, competitor activities, and product knowledge and to constantly strive to improve your own skills.
- Manage the assigned project through proper planning and execution, schedule activities, and report follow- ups.
- Preparing Business Strategy and Revenue Plan for the fiscal year and executing it to meet or exceed fiscal year revenue objectives.
- Drive commercial negotiations and ensure that they are completed in accordance with the company policies.
- To participate in meetings with clients, contractors, vendors, and OEMs to resolve project-related queries and issues.
- Mapping clients requirements and providing best solutions to suit their requirements.
- Working cross-functionally with the purchase, project, delivery, and logistics- team.
- Prepare and appropriately document sales reports for all weekly sales activity, market and competitor information, and business and market trends
Preferred Qualifications :
- 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales in either Gifting, Interior Designing, or trading companies
- Strong existing sales network.
- Multi-lingual
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Total-3-6 yrs Of Experience
Preferred Qualifications : Industry knowledge of either Courier/Logistics, Interior Design, or Building/Office Supplies
