Develop new business and long term account opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
Develop sales presentations, and participate in meetings with clients and external vendors
growth initiatives regarding market and target customer segments, and the company's potential to meet Client needs
Cultivating solid relationships with major Healthcare Organizations to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing Clients, as well as sales employee performance evaluations.
Conducting in-depth exploring on competitors' Services, pricing, and market success to gain insight into Client preferences and interests.
Oversee, maintain and upgrade existing accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction
Coordinate, manage and resolve account maintenance issues.
Qualifications:
7-10+ years' direct sales experience
Proven sales management experience.
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
Effective communication skills
Masters degree or equivalent preferred
Must be extremely effective at initiating high-level contacts in accounts and have strong presentation skills to close the sale
Understanding Digital Marketing Services
Creativity and ingenuity in developing successful sales strategies have a working knowledge of the industry along with a pulse on what is forthcoming
Ability to generate leads and build business in a wide-open market
