Job Description

 Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

  1. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  2. Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
  3. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  4. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  5. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  6. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  7. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  8. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  9. Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients
  10. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
  11. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  12. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  13. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  14. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  15. Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and industry meet-ups for business development
  16. Establishing new business links
  17. Presenting product/ service demonstrations to the client
  18. Take feedback from customers and share it with support teams
  19. Prospecting leads and contacting them to pitch the product/ service
  20. Setting up meetings with the prospective clients
