Job Description

KamalDhari is a growing IT services company that specializes in website and application development for businesses of all sizes. We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our team and help us expand our client base.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to generate revenue for KamalDhari
  • Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including email marketing, social media, freelancing platforms and cold calling
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure that custom projects meet client needs and are delivered on time and within budget
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close deals with customers to meet revenue targets
  • Manage leads and opportunities through the entire sales cycle
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales success in the IT services industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and closing deals
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
