Job Profile: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Schedule: US Shift (6:30PM to 3AM)
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Basic Requirement
· At least 2+ Years’ experience in US Staffing, Customer Sales, International Marketing, Client Management etc.
· Knowledge of CRM tools & utilization in business development process
· Excellent Verbal, Telephonic and Written Communication Skills.
· Knack of speaking and communicating with people.
· Stay hands on with all the customer accounts and client relationship and entire lead funnel
· Able to learn new concepts and processes quickly
· Ability to capture & understand various business domains quickly.
· Understanding the decision-making structure in mid-size to large companies
· Proven track record: you’re a consistent top performer and have excelled throughout your career.

JOB DISCRIPTION
Build a larger understanding of the domain to interact and engage with prospective client
• Conduct client meetings and develop excellent rapport with customers.
• Managing client lead funnel and follow up with existing clients for expanding relationships.
• Managing pricing and other terms from business and revenue standpoint.
• Team Player, work with Data/Market Research teams to create and run quality campaigns based
on guidance from Sales. Should be able to guide Market Research teams when needed.
• Working closely with Marketing Team for content and sales development.
• Identifying and targeting decision makers across length and breadth of the industry.
• Supporting clients beyond their expectations via e-mail and phone
• Provide timely and thoughtful responses to client questions and requests
• Take ownership of customer accounts and closely work with internal teams and manage their
onboarding, success, and retention; assist with expansion and renewals processes when
necessary.
• Identifying opportunities for customer references & upselling if any.
• Working closely with the client services team to on board and maintain client relationship while
having track of all progress.
• Building better relationships with all accounts and maximizing the revenue and customer
lifetime value.
• Work would be entirely client centric, relationship driven, interaction focused pre-sales & post-
sales client engagement & acquisition.
• Maintaining weekly/monthly reports for prospective clients/meetings scheduled & closed.
• Discussion with management team on bi-weekly/monthly basis to track progress.
• Keeps management informed, such as weekly call reports & weekly work plans.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information. Research marketing and
advertising trends in the staffing industry
• Build employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing
• Build proposals for RFIs/RFPs received from prospective clients
