Job Purpose:

To support client wholesale banking operations and achieve the agreed accuracy and timelines

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management
• Managing day to day operations and KPI’s as per the defined client SOP.
• People and Process Manager
• Develop team members skill sets and manage personal development goals for the team members

Key Skills/Knowledge:

• Good Communication & Interpersonal skills
• Transformational mind set
• Analytical skills 
• Basic to moderate computer skills

Experience required:

Graduates/ Postgraduates preferably with Finance background

Rich experience in Accounts & Payments/  Commercial Lending / Loans /Agency / Facilities, Collaterals & Covenants
