As we provide the manpower solutions for the clients based in the USA, it is very important for the employees to work in night shifts for the operations in Offshore (INDIA). Below is the JD of the position.
Role: US IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Leader
Location: Chirala, AP
Designation: Trainee / Team Member / Recruiter
· Interest in working Night Shifts (6.30 PM IST to 4.30 AM IST)
· Ability and interest in learning new technologies and techniques.
· Excellent verbal and written communications
· Work independently on complex work assignments, review progress and evaluate results and update management as appropriate
· Enthusiasm, energy, and strong problem solving skills, and an ability to work effectively under pressure
· A high level of professionalism and discretion is a must
· An ability to maintain confidentiality and use good judgment
· An ability to juggle multiple assignments while meeting deadlines
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Demonstrated attention to detail
· A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software, database management, social media, and e-mail.
· Ensure safe practices and environmental consciousness are exhibited in decisions
Salary: 10,000 and Food Allowances 2000/- ,Free accommodation for Non Locals all incl + Attractive Incentive(Starting 15000 ) / Bonus plans
Duration: Permanent with 1 year probation after 2 months training + 1 year contract

B2B marketing experience, preferably for US IT Recruiting industry is added advantage
Maintain list of contacts & Manage sales pipeline
Proficient in handling cold calling, emailing and direct meet-ups
Good understanding of new business development techniques
Build relationships with prospective clients
Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
Analyse market and establish competitive advantages
Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Identify partnership opportunities
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
Qualifications & Requirements:
Masters degree or equivalent experience
1 - 5 years' prior industry related business development experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented, Go-Getter / Self- Driven Individual.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
