Billing Officer

Job Description

1.Manages, directs, and plans all aspects of the Company’s network infrastructure, including the design, installation, and maintenance, to ensure its stable operation. 

2. Manages Department’s operational and strategic network planning, makes recommendations, improvements, and maintenance for growth of the IT network infrastructure and systems. 

3. Configures server hardware in a manner that creates a secure and efficient network both physical and virtual. 

4. Manages Network Administrator in changes to network design affecting routers, switches, VLAN’s, firewalls and WAPs. 

5. Manages all aspects of the installation, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all hardware, including AVL equipment, Clever Devises, bus video system equipment, cameras, Wi-Fi routers, fare boxes, and ticket vending machines. 

6. Manages and assists the Network Administrator and ITS and AVL Supervisors and Technicians to carry out their daily work schedules, oversee quality of work, and budgetary plans developed by the IT Director. 

7. Assists on projects concerning various computer systems, software applications, server, and data storage needs for RFTA. 

8. Assists in implementing long-term projects and overseeing the implementation of ITS to insure the security of the network
