Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Have broad experience of business analysis techniques particularly requirements elicitation and management, and business process analysis and modelling.
2. Have excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Have excellent stakeholder management skills 
4. Be capable of facilitating requirements workshops with multiple diverse stakeholders 
5. Be comfortable working within a team environment 
6. Be decisive, organized self-starters 
7. Be willing and able to work under pressure
8. Plan their work, estimate their activities, and deliver on commitments 
9. Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously 
10. Capable of quickly fitting in to a new organisation and adapting to inflight projects 
11. Exhibit the highest level of professional integrity.

13. Take a strategic view on the implications of the solution to be delivered 
14. Consider other projects and initiatives - see the bigger picture
15. Have a good understanding of formal project management processes
