Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into practical solutions.
• Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes is preferred.
• Certification such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) is a plus.
• Knowledge of industry-standard business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, requirements elicitation, and UAT.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
