Business Analyst with Data analytics

Job Description

Key Objectives / Accountabilities: 

The key objective is to analyse and document work flow processes within the IT Data Analytics | Portal domain, the skills involved require an understanding of these areas and good communication between key stakeholders, who specify the data handling requirements ( contracted company performance metrics and technical system performance metrics ) and the presentation layer solution owners ( who will define/agree how this data will be presented, internally and externally ). The Business Analyst will review, and be familiar with the contracted requirements and facilitate the stakeholder group with the Company, including the Data Analyst team, to gain a consensus, an agreed approach for the presentation of the data in reports.

• Drive & Contribute to workshops across divisions to facilitate the delivery of the agreement on those sequence and process flows. Data Presentation Solution/Layer experience ( eg Tableau , Business Objects ) 
• Leading/Attending cross divisional working groups

Specific business knowledge & technical knowledge required: 

• Proven track record in the delivery of data journeys and data lifecycles 
• Good Microsoft Office skills including MS Powerpoint, process tools and JIRA/Confluence 
• Experience presenting to stakeholders 
• Experience of business process definition and engineering 
• Experience in the handling of business data requirements. 
• Project Management Skillset including planning
