Business Application Manager

Job Description

• Mission Critical - Managing all IW Service Management, permanent and contract resources
• Highly experienced Application Manager will be managing the following 5 pillars: Maximo/Mobility/Trimble, GIS (ESRI), Microsoft D365 Applications (Environmental, New Connections, Safety), Customer Applications (CC&B/MDM/UC4), Middleware
• Manage the development, enhancement, and configuration of applications from conceptualisation through deployment and benefit realisation.
• Provide status updates and KPI’s for management and Balanced Scorecard reports on company Applications.
• Manage outsourced Service Management contracts and relationships with Suppliers
• Develop Service Level Agreements and Operational Level Agreement, validating and agreeing these with stakeholders for the support and delivery of enterprise applications
• Oversee an efficient Release Management process from Staging up to Pre-Production environment testing
• Define, promote, and enforce strong governance including applications and compliance standards
• Ensure an effective Test Management process is delivered for all company IT applications
• Review all Incidents and Problems to identify trends in order to take corrective actions
