• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in Retail, FMCG, Hospitality, or similar industries.
 

• Highly influential, good communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
 

• Proven ability to translate complex business issues into clear technical requirements.
 

• Hands-on experience working with Agile delivery methodologies.
 

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers to deliver data solutions. Desirable
 

• Exposure to modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Big Query, Databricks, Azure/AWS).
 

• Understanding of data governance, master data management, and data quality frameworks.
 

• Experience supporting analytics, advanced analytics, or machine-learning initiatives.
 

• Ability to use SQL to validate data or perform basic exploratory analysis.
 

• Familiarity with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Competencies, operating style and behaviours
 

• Strong commercial mindset with a passion for improving hospitality outcomes.
 

• Comfortable working between highly technical teams and non-technical business users.
 

• Structured thinker with excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.
 

• Collaborative, pragmatic, and delivery focused.
 

• Curious and proactive in how data can improve the business.
 

• Able to simplify complexity and bring clarity to ambiguous situations.
