Job Description

Objectives of this Role:

• Developing new business opportunities, the entire sales cycle from lead generation to revenue generation. Building and a healthy sales pipeline
• Outsourcing Projects basically client engagement by international calling, database management
• Take a leading role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities.
• Generate new leads by cold calling, messaging, and connecting through LinkedIn, proposal writing and end to end B2B sales, identify, contact decision-makers, screen potential business, generating leads from Upwork, and working on bidding portals like Upwork, freelancer.com.
• collaborating with companies, searching clients for the same in linked in, Upwork, through calling, emailing etc.
• Opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics.
• Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations.

Must Have:

• International & Indian Sales background
• B2B sales Experiences
• Outsourcing projects handling
• Great exposure to Bidding portals like: Upwork, freelancer.com.
