Job Description

Job Title: Senior Sales Representative


Location: Hyderabad

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our team. The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and the ability to work independently to meet and exceed targets.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales materials and strategies.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of leads and opportunities.

Requirements:
 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
