Responsibilities:

Dealing with clients

• Understanding the services of the agency
• Understand the process of client dealing and work on sharpening the sales pitch
• Interact with potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Meet the clients if required
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

Project Management

• Increasing the value of current customers while ensuring their work is on track
• Taking the queries of clients in terms of work requirements
• Interacting with different departments to fulfill the requests of clients

Tools for Productivity

• Using the CRMs to manage the leads and follow up effectively
• Learning tasks management tools for better productivity

Generating new clients

• Sending bulk WhatsApp Messages
• Learn how to work on freelancing website such as upwork, freelancer, fiverr and get work offers from there
• Crafting effective emails, learning email marketing tools
