Techfynder is delighted to reach out to the market again during our continuous growth in 2021. We are looking to meet with experienced and high-energy sales professionals for a Business Development position in our Indian HQ.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with Startups as well as Corporate.
This is a strategic position for the company and will follow government restriction guidelines to allow working from home until otherwise advised.
The candidates will need to be from a SaaS background and with 4/5 years of experience in the Software Technology industry. The primary function of this role is to accelerate the growth of our sales across APAC. The successful candidate will be energetic, persuasive and well organized, and able to demonstrate the ability to sell.
You will define and execute appropriate sales strategies and business development whilst collaborating with the senior team to set revenue goals and company strategy.
You will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships to meet sales goals.
Responsibilities:
• Sell Techfynder solution to APAC clients.
• Identify partnership opportunities across multiple channels.
• Assign and manage individual targets to team members.
• Experience using Hubspot platform is a plus for pipeline and prospects.
• Develop new relationships to grow business and aid expansion effort.
• Plan with prospects to assure strategic project success.
• Understand the competitive landscape and market trends.
• Drive the successful implementation of the sales automation platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
• Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Qualifications:
• 4+ years of industry-related business development experience
Skills and Proficiencies:
• Proven track record of selling subscription based products
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of successful sales inbound/outbound strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
• Confident, and team-focused
• Negotiation skills
