Job Description

Job Responsibilities – Manager Business Development

 

  • For Kalimantan Region

 

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with partner PT. EKADHARAM JAYA SAKTI for Kalimantan region to develop market/sales leads & co-ordinate for the sales closures.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs by following Hectronic sales process on value selling.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into asset for the company.
  • Co-ordinate for the project operations
  • To closely work with the reporting manager for the above activities

 

  • For Other Regions of Indonesia (Sumatra, Sulawesi, Papua & Java)

 

  • Steering complete gamut of business development operations across assigned State/Regions including Network Development, Channel Partner selection/appointing, Marketing activities, CRM and new business opportunities
  • Generating leads and developing strong relations with clients & partners to increase sales
  • Strategizing on international business development by planning & market assessment for sales target, profit margins, market share and service support
  • Looking after financial viability of projects and preparing quotations for customer
  • Coordinating with suppliers for turnkey projects, various requirements
  • Designing and supporting SEO, Brochures, Website, exhibition advertisements, etc.
  • Tracking and provide future market requirements to company to prepare well in advance for market needs.
  • Coordination with reporting manager for budgeting, cash flows, ageing etc
  • Looking after Regulatory requirements & filings.
  • Developing the strategy and roadmap for expansion; conceptualizing and developing new business strategies which led to an increase in business.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
