Job Description

Title: C2M Product Specialist

Open to possibilities for remote with occasional travel to Ireland for Workshops.

Role open to anyone in the EU/UK, who can contract in EU/UK.

6 months rolling contract with possibilities to 2 years

• Resource should have good experience in C2M product and implementation (IAAS Cloud)
• Assist in the Setup of a C2M Sandbox environment demoing new functionality
• Can assist on the back to base assessment to assess capability fulfilled by client customisations against native C2M capabilities

• Thorough knowledge of full-cycle implementations with hands on Functional and deployment experience in Oracle C2M.

• Migration of legacy system Oracle CC&B to C2M.

• Taking onus of the product, CC&B to C2M solutions

• Ability to develop functional design documents from the Functional specification documents and configure the C2M package to meet requirements for projects in this area.

• Working knowledge of the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)

• Working knowledge of Oracle C2M, Data Model

• Good knowledge with process integration of C2M with other utility enterprise and operational systems

• Ability to run workshops with business for C2M/C2M requirements

• Ability to conduct the demos during the functional workshops using the C2M/C2M product

• Ability to map the client requirements into the product and suggest workarounds/solutions for the requirements

• Ability to develop & design documents from the Functional specification documents and configure the C2M package to meet requirements for projects in this area

• Ability to capture the configurations required for the product and create a configuration document for the developers

• Ability to guide, mentor, and review the end-to-end solution and perform issue resolutions during support /Post-Go Live phase

• Ability to assist the Testing team with the functional areas to be tested

• Should be able to lead the design, build, test and deploy solution in Oracle CC&B/C2M with proficiency in RICEFW (Reports, Interface, Conversions, Extensions, Forms and Workflows)

• Should be able to conduct the demos during the functional workshops using the CC&B/C2M product

• The candidate must be a team player and is also expected to help the project team with any functional issues that may arise during the project

• Experience of leading development team, working with client teams/SMEs and leading them through the project life cycle.

• Good interpersonal communications and analytical ability

• Strong soft skills required

• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
