Job Description

• Process guest check-in and check-out, including collecting payments, issuing key cards, and registering guest information.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and securely, ensuring proper change is given.
• Process credit card payments and maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
• Answer guest inquiries about hostel facilities, rates, and local attractions.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Hostel Manager, such as stocking vending machines or answering phones.
