Job Description

A. Responsibilities

Lawyered is hiring for the Channel Sales Manager position to execute an ambitious plan of

growth across India. The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for sales enablement of their

assigned channel, and managing their channel to achieve stated sales targets.

Your key responsibilities are-

● Responsible for the day-to-day relationship management of channel partners

● Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective channel

partners.

● Identify, profile, build and close large enterprise deals with and within the logistics

industry

● Organize and monitor efforts to acquire new customers in respective zones

● Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned

partner accounts.

● Manage direct/channel conflict by fostering excellent communication between the

channel and direct teams

● Participate in a partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives,

financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner

relationship.

B. Requirements

1) Essential

● 4+ years of experience in B2B & Channel Sales

● Preferably an MBA or equivalent

● Proven experience of driving channel sales ideally within the same product category and

channel

● Experience in the Logistics industry is a must.

● Driven, highly motivated and results-driven.

● Excellent communication skills, and attitude to get things done, and willingness to work

in a high-growth start-up environment

● Excellent Relationship Management skills

● Good Analytical and problem-solving skills

● Communication and negotiation skills

● Time management and planning skills

● People management

 

2) Desirable

● Market knowledge (FMCG, Logistics)

● Proficiency in English and regional language

● Ability to work in a cross-functional team
