Cloud Security Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Cloud Security Engineer to ensure the security, integrity, and compliance of our cloud-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will implement security controls, monitor cloud environments for threats, and collaborate with DevOps and IT teams to build robust security frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cloud security strategies across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents in cloud environments.
• Develop and enforce security policies to comply with industry standards.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and remediate security risks.
• Implement IAM (Identity and Access Management) best practices.
• Secure cloud workloads, containers, and microservices (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
• Work with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform penetration testing and threat modeling to identify security gaps.
• Ensure compliance with data protection laws (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
• Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats and cloud security trends.
