Purpose of Role:
The Cluster Manager will be responsible for handling and developing a given territory/city/state for Equity Broking Accounts and other products with the help of the sales team and assigned channel partner. The primary goal of this role is to achieve monthly targets of broking accounts with the help of the team, i.e., 500 new A/C per month & 30 lakh revenue per month.
Key Activities:
The Cluster Manager will be responsible for the following critical routine tasks:
Achieving monthly targets of broking accounts with the help of the team, i.e., 500 new A/C per month & 30 lakh revenue per month.
Reaching out to allotted branches/POS as per the route plan.
Ensuring the team and self-productivity as per performance norms.
Activating and upscaling the POS/BR.
Following and submitting daily, weekly, and monthly MIS for both individually and the team.
Coordinating and conducting the training of partners/bank employees.
Supporting the channel partner and team members on joint calls as per requirement.
Having absolute product and sales process knowledge proficiency.
Recruiting team members and arresting the attrition.
Conducting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews with team members and channel partners.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and skills:
Educational Qualifications: MBA
Additional Certifications/Trainings (desirable): AMFI
Prior Experience: 6-8 yrs. in sales of Investment products, 2-3 yrs. of Team management
Domain Knowledge: Knowledge of broking, Capital Markets, Banking
IT Skills: Knowledge of MS Office, Internet, etc.
Additional Requirements: Should own a vehicle (2 wheeler/4 wheeler)
