Job Description
The Collaboration Architect will lead and implement the design, development and delivery of email & content management solutions & contribute to domain architecture, roadmap, standards and best practices for critical organization wide systems.
Our ideal colleague will have a deep understanding of email & messaging infrastructure with ability to build hybrid environment or migrating user date from on-premise infrastructure to Office 365. The ideal candidate will be able to help design, monitor and maintain a world-class email. The position is responsible for the design, selection, implementation, integration, management, user experience and retirement of Collaboration technology. The position works closely with the IT team and business partners to deliver consistently excellent user experiences and technology experiences for our Global organization. Be self-directed, highly motivated, and comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment. Flexibility and adaptability are key attributes needed for success. Candidates should also have strong organizational, business analysis and client relationship skills to handle a variety of activities and complexities.
Expectations
· The Collaboration Architect will play a key role in implementing and upgrading email, collaboration and messaging solutions
· Responsible for the design implementation and support of email & content management provision globally; ensuring adherence to Global standards across the company and ensuring local Business needs are considered as part of the Global strategy
· Participate in business process evaluation/improvement activities, requirements gathering, system analysis, system design, software / hardware applicability studies and system implementation and executes projects based on these activities.
· Provide input into the technology plans for the organization, and ensure that plans for their assigned applications integrate effectively with other aspects of the technical infrastructure.
· Assist or lead in the definition of systems solutions to functional problems, conforming to established system architecture standards and practices.
· Coordinate communications with internal and external teams.
· Providing stakeholders with accurate reporting.

Key Skills Required
· 5+ years leading email & content management technology initiatives in global enterprises
· Excellent client facing experience
· Strong knowledge of MS teams and Channel deployment
· Good knowledge of SharePoint on-line and OneDrive for Business
· Strong understanding of Multi-Cloud Services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), and Security and Compliance.
· Architectural understanding on how Third Party Archive & Journaling Email Data (Enterprise Vault, Mimecast)
· Experience in routing protocols, addressing, services virtualization, and integration/collaboration strategies for enterprise architectures
· A team player with the ability to communicate across departments
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders, including senior executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
· Adept at using negotiation, facilitation, and presentation techniques to build consensus, and skilled at communicating difficult and sensitive information tactfully.
· Experience in working International multi-site company environments.
· Awareness of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF) preferred.
· Good interpersonal skills including cultural and ethical awareness.
· Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project.

Operational:
· Topology discovery & mapping
· Working with customers to understand their business and technical requirements to design O365 solutions to improve our employee experience.
· Drive the adoption of creative solutions to address complex, global UC problems.
· Develop effective architecture solutions that not only satisfy immediate project requirements but also deliver a coherent, reusable, reliable and phased architecture to help the business grow and change while aligning to strategic vision.
· Deliver technical security configuration architecture expertise in implementing cross-organizational information sharing.
· Develop solutions and recommendations for issues caused by process challenges, emerging threats and technology changes.
