Roles And Responsibilities

•  Responsible for end to end recruitment
• Identify/screen/qualify candidates for non it positions especially manufacturing requirements
• Review and understand job requirements
• Managing daily MIS and reporting
• Managing candidates database in the software
• Proven experience in non it requirements Like manufacturing.Production,design,product engineer requirements

• Should have minimum 2 years experience in non it recruitment
• Excellent communication
• Should be well-versed in using job portals
• proficient in ms excel
• Good communication skills verbal & written
