Assistant Manager

• Maintaining records for clients booking in ERP & Excel Sheet with preparing files for each  
• Client.  
• Sending Welcome letters, Receipts, Demand letter, Reminders letter to the clients  
• For the due payments.  
• Registration and Payment follow-ups with Clients.  
• Coordination with banks for APF, Code Connectors, and disbursements.  
• Scheduling Agreement of booked clients and coordinating with Legal Department for  

       Agreement draft.  

• Co-ordination with inter department like Accounts and Architect Department related  

       to client queries.  

• Maintaining monthly MIS for Booking, Collections and Agreement done.  
• Handling customer changes in flat if any.  
• Modification meeting: Conducting modification meetings & monitoring  

       Completion as per commitments given.  

Manager/Senior Manager

• Designing and implementing collection strategy, techniques and procedures for front-end, mid-range 
  and hard-core collections.
• Reviewing the collections strategy regularly and ensuring that the collection techniques change with the change in the legal and economic situation.
• Analyzing the delinquency reports and monitoring the trends in collections by referring to concerned 
  areas & profile patterns and feedback. 
• Preparing write off data, note at the end of every month with supporting documents such as customer 

communication, explanation of non-payment which could be presented to the managers.

• Responsible for sending and coordinating for possession letters to clients.
• Responsible for the documentation for all the TDI Group.
• Doing all the documentation for possession process with clients.
• Attending customer complaints & issues regarding interest and delayed possession penalty.
• Negotiating successfully with past due credit customers.
• Servicing of Corporate clients in their monthly billing & timely collections as well as following up on outstanding bills form defaulting clients.
• Attending customer complaints & issues & ensuring quick resolution of these issues so that they would not affect the collection process. 
• Conducting reconciliation of the outstanding with customers and resolving issues if any or taking a plan of payment from the customer.
• Monitoring the credit & credit check for all customers, analyzing credit rating of prospective customer.
• Providing sales support to the team as well as extending back office support to the sales team for achievement of the set targets. 

Monitoring the overall functioning of processes; identifying improvement areas and implementing 

adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level.
