Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner.
· Identify customers’ needs, verify information, and provide feasible solutions.
· Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
· Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
· Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative sales targets.
Requirements:
· Freshers can apply.
· Strong telephonic and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
· Candidates must have a good command over “English” language.
· Candidates must be opened for Night shift as per company’s requirement.
