Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of supply chain management, preferably with experience in SAP. This role requires flexibility to work night shifts and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through both email and phone communication, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information related to services and products.
  • Collaborate with team members to address customer needs and enhance overall service delivery.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Assist in the management of supply chain inquiries, leveraging knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and SAP as needed.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to varying client requirements and schedules.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum experience of 1-2 years in a customer service role, preferably in a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in email and phone communication.
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
  • Preferred knowledge in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and experience with SAP.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts, typically from 08:30 PM to 05:30 AM or 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST (note: timings may vary based on client requirements and Daylight Saving Time).
  • Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment as specified by the client.
